1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • High Volume Periods: During high volume periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Carriers

  • We use Royal Mail for all shipments

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@treasuredwords.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
